Job summary

WM (Waste Management) is seeking CDL drivers to operate heavy-duty vehicles, transporting waste and recyclables to specified facilities. You will perform pre/post-trip inspections, back up with precision, and follow safety and regulatory requirements to ensure timely, contamination-free pickups.

Ideal candidates have a CDL with air-brake endorsement, at least 1 year of CDL driving experience, and solid English communication skills.

Qualifications

• CDL with air-brake endorsement required.
• 1 year of CDL driving experience or 1 year equivalent military driving in the last 7 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work.
• Able to read, write and speak English well for interactions and reports.
• Successfully complete pre-employment screening including drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty trucks with front, side, or rear-end load attachments as required by the line of business.
• Transport waste or recyclables to disposal, transfer, or recycle facilities.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and document checks.
• Back up and maneuver in challenging environments with precision and safety.
• Follow safety rules, report incidents, and ensure routes meet customer needs and schedules.
