WM (Waste Management) is seeking CDL drivers to operate heavy-duty trucks and service residential, commercial, and roll-off routes. You will perform safety-based driving, inspections, and accurate documentation while navigating diverse urban and rural environments.

Ideal candidates are at least 18 years old, legally eligible to work in the U.S., and proficient in English. A pre-employment drug screen and physical are required, with opportunities for career growth and benefits.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• CDL with air-brake endorsement required (Class A or B).
• Pre-employment drug screen and physical required.

Mansioni

• Operate heavy-duty trucks in compliance with WM safety rules, OSHA and DOT requirements.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and document checks.
• Back up and maneuver in various environments, ensuring safe loading/unloading of waste or recyclables.
• Complete end-of-day documentation and route check-out as directed by supervision.
• Communicate service interruptions and customer requests to Dispatch.
