WM (Waste Management) is hiring drivers to operate heavy-duty trucks for waste or recycling collection. You will follow safety rules, perform inspections, and ensure clean, safe handoffs at each stop. Training and on-the-job education support will help you advance within the company.

Qualified candidates have a CDL (A or B with air-brake), at least 18, and solid English communication. This is a full-time on-site role with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year operating a vehicle requiring a CDL or 1 year military driving within last 7 years.
• Must be at least 18 and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Able to read, write, and speak English well enough for interactions and reports.
• Pre-employment drug screen and physical required.
• CDL Class A or B with air-brake endorsement.

Responsabilités

• Operate heavy-duty trucks according to safety rules and DOT regulations.
• Perform pre and post-trip vehicle inspections and document checks.
• Dump receptacles completely and leave sites clean and debris-free.
• Follow route assignments and complete end-of-day documentation.
• Notify managers of incidents, hazards, or service interruptions.
