Job summary

WM, a leading waste management company, is seeking Commercial Drivers to operate heavy-duty trucks and perform residential, roll-off or commercial pickup services. Start times can be as early as 4am or 5am, with Mon-Fri shifts and rotating Saturdays.

Candidate must have a CDL Class A or B with air-brake endorsement, be at least 18, and able to read, write and speak English. On-the-job training and opportunities for growth are provided, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English well enough to interact with the public and complete records.
• Pre-employment screening including drug screen and physical are required.
• Minimum 1 year operating a vehicle requiring a CDL or 1 year equivalent military driving in the last 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy-duty trucks with various load types and ensure safe transport to disposal/transfer/recycle facilities.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and complete DVIR paperwork.
• Follow safety rules, report incidents, and complete end-of-day documentation.
