Southern Maryland Tri-County Community Action Committee Inc. seeks a Program Coordinator/Lead Instructor to lead the Road to Careers program in Hughesville, MD.

This role manages daily administration and instructional delivery for CDL Class B and restricted Class A licensure with construction endorsements. Responsibilities include ELDT delivery, curriculum coordination, recruiter outreach, job placement assistance, and reporting to the Maryland Department of Labor.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred CDL Class A; Class B required.
• Minimum 3 years CDL Class B or higher driving experience.
• At least 1 year of instructional experience.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver CDL instruction and ELDT content.
• Coordinate IET delivery with College of Southern Maryland Adult Education.
• Ensure FMCSA ELDT compliance and maintain TP Registry data.
• Track attendance, assessments and credentials for participants.
• Assist graduates with job placement and employer outreach.
• Prepare monthly reports to Maryland Department of Labor.
