Job summary

Meyer Lab in Salt Lake City, UT seeks an Account Manager to grow existing business and manage customer relationships. You will sell to current customers, cross-sell, upsell, and provide consultative input on sales strategy while maintaining Meyer Lab dispensing equipment.

You’ll travel within a 250-mile radius, lead 6-8 in-person appointments per day, and benefit from a company culture that champions growth, hands-on training, and a strong 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of quota-carrying sales experience in industrial accounts.
• Track record of increasing account penetration.
• Proven ability to cultivate relationships with industrial customers.
• Excellent leadership and ability to work with sales support teams.
• CDL-C license required or obtainable within 90 days.
• Hazardous Materials Endorsement required or obtainable.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb with safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive Account Expansion – sell to existing customers and grow relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain the customer relationship.
• Perform preventative maintenance on dispensing equipment.
• Conduct 6–8 in-person appointments per day.
• Handle administrative duties including orders and CRM data entry.
• Travel up to a 250-mile radius weekly in territory.
• Occasionally travel including up to 5 overnights per month.
