The Department of Motor Vehicles in Montpelier, VT is seeking a team player for Driver Control to process CDL applications, driving records, suspensions, and reinstatements. You will interact with Vermonters daily, handling AAMVA tasks with a focus on clear communication.

This is an on-site role at the Montpelier DMV, working from 7:45 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Strong public contact and accuracy under pressure are essential.

Competenze

• 1+ years of office administrative experience with significant public contact
• OR six months or more of work experience in the Vermont Department of Motor Vehicles.

Mansioni

• Process driving records, suspensions, compliances and reinstatements.
• Process Commercial Driver License (CDL) applications and DOT medical examiner certificates.
• Update and handle AAMVA-related tasks.
• Interact with Vermonters daily and provide clear written and verbal communication.
