Job summary

SP+ in Tukwila is seeking a seasonal/temporary DOT Supervisor with a valid CDL Class A or B license and a DOT Medical Card. Shifts are weekends with some weekdays, 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

The role supports shuttle operations, reports incidents to the Facility Manager, and ensures service aligns with contractual guidelines. Candidates should have minimal high school education and some supervisory experience in a DOT-regulated setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related experience or training.
• Prior supervisory experience in DOT-regulated shuttle operations preferred.
• Valid CDL Class A or B Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement as required.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends.
• Clear oral and written communication; strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of shuttle operations within contractual guidelines.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with management of day-to-day activities at locations.
• Report accidents or policy violations to Facility Manager.
• Assist with maintenance tasks and debris cleanup as directed.
• Have thorough knowledge of shuttle routes, landmarks, and area.
• Complete other duties as needed.
