Job summary

SP+ in Tukwila, WA, is seeking a Shuttle Driver to operate buses safely and transport passengers efficiently. You will deliver a high level of customer service, perform inspections, fuel and log trips, and uphold a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than High School education or 1 month related experience.
• License: CDL Class A, B or C Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement.
• DOT Medical Card: A Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card) is required.
• Availability to Work: 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.
• Language Skills: Read/write simple instructions and memos; present information.
• Mathematical Skills: Basic arithmetic using dollars.
• Appearance: Neat, clean, and uniform at all times.
• Physical Demands: Stand/walk; lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client and customer experience; answer questions and provide directions.
• Perform vehicle inspections; maintain bus interiors; fueling; log trips; assist disabled passengers.
• Be present for all scheduled shifts; on time and in uniform.
• Possess valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement; maintain DMV record.
• Report accidents or safety concerns to Facility Manager.
• Assist customers with luggage or traveling items when applicable.
• Know garage areas, streets, landmarks for seamless transportation.
