Job summary

SP+ Shuttle Driver DOT is responsible for the safe operation of shuttle buses and transporting passengers to their destinations efficiently and safely. You will support customers, perform vehicle inspections, and maintain cleanliness while ensuring timely service in a busy parking environment.

Eligible applicants must hold a CDL with Passenger Endorsement and a valid DOT medical card, with availability for shift work including possible weekends. Attractive benefits accompany employment at SP+.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than High School or 1 month related experience or equivalent.
• License: Valid CDL Class A/B/C with Passenger Endorsement.
• DOT Medical Card: Medical Examiner's Certificate is required.
• Availability to Work: 3rd shift and/or weekends may be required.
• Language: Read/write simple material; communicate with customers and staff.
• Math: Basic addition, subtraction, and money calculations.
• Appearance: Neat, clean, uniform at all times.
• Physical Demands: Stand, walk, lift up to 75 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client and customer experiences guided by SP+ Promise.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness of bus interiors; fuel buses.
• Log trip counts and assist disabled passengers.
• Maintain punctuality and wear proper uniform.
• Hold valid DMV record and report incidents to the Facility Manager.
• Communicate hazards or incidents to garage office.
• Substitute for cashiers or valets when authorized.
• Know garage areas and local streets to assist customers.
