Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis company, seeks a seasonal/temporary DOT Supervisor in Tukwila, WA. CDL in good standing required. Shifts will be mostly weekends (5:00 AM - 1:00 PM) with some weekdays to be determined; end date March 30, 2027, with potential extension.

You will assist in day-to-day shuttle operations, ensure DOT compliance, supervise staff, and maintain safety standards. This role offers tips in addition to hourly pay and requires a high school diploma and a valid CDL with Passenger

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior supervisory experience in DOT-regulated shuttle operations preferred.
• Valid CDL Class A or B license with Passenger Endorsement if required.
• DOT Medical Card required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of shuttle operations.
• Ensure operations adhere to contractual guidelines and company policies.
• Foster client relations and a professional image.
• Oversee maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
