Job summary

SP+, a Metropolis Company, is recruiting a DOT Shuttle Supervisor for the Tukwila location. The role supports shuttle operations, ensuring compliance with contracts and company policies, while delivering professional client service.

Shifts are mostly weekends with some weekdays; hours 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Must hold a valid CDL with passenger endorsement if required, and a DOT Medical Card. Position ends March 30, 2027 with potential extension.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; minimum month related experience or training.
• Prior supervisory experience with a DOT-regulated shuttle operations preferred.
• CDL Class A or B license with Passenger Endorsement depending on location.
• DOT Medical Card is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of shuttle operation within contractual guidelines.
• Help manage day-to-day activities at the locations and support the Facility Manager.
• Courteously assist customers and report accidents or safety hazards.
• Maintain knowledge of shuttle operation area, routes, landmarks and freeways.
• Complete other duties as needed.
