Job summary

SP+ Shuttle Driver DOT is responsible for the safe operation of shuttle buses and transporting passengers to destinations efficiently and safely. The role requires a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement, a DOT medical card, and a clean DMV record.

Qualifications

• Education/experience: Less than high school or 1 month related experience.
• License: CDL Class A/B/C with Passenger Endorsement required.
• DOT Medical Card (Medical Examiner's Certificate) required.
• Availability to work special shifts; possible 3rd shift/weekends.
• Language: ability to read/ write simple info; basic math.
• Appearance: neat, uniform at all times.
• Physical: may lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client and customer experience guided by SP+ Promise.
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain bus cleanliness; log trips.
• Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to Facility Manager.
• Assist customers with luggage or traveling items.
