Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company service truck and service/pump/clean portable restrooms and holding tanks across customer sites.

You will follow USS and DOT safety standards, manage routes, interact with customers on site, and coordinate with Operations to ensure current and future restroom services meet client needs. The role requires lifting up to 150 lbs, strong problem-solving skills, and reliable time management.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL.
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and service/pump/clean portable toilets and holding tanks using a company service truck.
• Perform basic service truck driving in accordance with USS and DOT requirements.
• Work safely following USS and DOT safety standards to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Interact with customers on site to ensure services meet their standards.
• Provide routing feedback to Operations Manager/Supervisor/Coordinator to optimize efficiency.
• Plan customer needs and adjust routes to meet current and future restroom service requirements.
