Job summary

United Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company service truck and service portable restrooms and holding tanks across our territory.

You will drive in compliance with USS and DOT rules, perform pumping and cleaning tasks, and interact with customers to ensure services meet high standards. The role requires strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with physical duties including lifting up to 150 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL with tanker.
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a service truck and drive to sites to service/pump/clean portable restrooms and holding tanks.
• Perform duties in a safe manner per USS and DOT safety standards.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting/pushing up to 150 lbs frequently.
• Conduct portable toilet servicing to USS 8 point service standard.
• Interact with customers on site to ensure services meet standards.
• Be flexible to adjust routes to meet customer needs.
• Provide routing feedback to improve efficiency and service quality.
