Qualifications

• CDL license with passenger vehicle endorsement (P) is required.
• A clean driving record with no at-fault accidents or traffic citations in the last five years.
• Age between 21 and 80 years; drivers above 75 must submit CDL license copy annually.
• Background check and drug testing required; physician's statement if medical condition exists.

Responsibilities

• Transport children and LifeWise volunteers to and from the LifeWise site.
• Obey traffic laws and maintain bus cleanliness and mechanical safety.
• Perform regular bus inspections and refuel as needed.
• Create and maintain a safe environment for children; supervise entering/exiting the vehicle.
• Complete required LifeWise Academy training and assist in LifeWise classroom as agreed.
