United Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company service truck, travel to client sites, and service/pump/clean portable restrooms and holding tanks. This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and customer interaction to ensure high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a company service truck and drive to customer locations to service, pump, and clean portable restrooms and holding tanks.
• Perform service in compliance with USS and DOT safety standards to ensure safety and service quality.
• Perform duties with physical activity including lifting/pushing 50–150 lbs on a frequent basis.
• Provide courteous customer service interactions on job sites to ensure services meet client standards.
• Adapt routes as needed to meet customer schedules and client needs.
• Communicate routing feedback to Operations to optimize efficiency and service quality.
• Plan for current and future customer toilet needs to meet demand and expectations.
