Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Route Sales Driver to sell and distribute products along designated routes, building strong relationships with customers and maximizing sales. You’ll ensure product availability, merchandising, and timely deliveries while upholding standards.

The role requires handling invoicing, cash collection, and maintaining neat visuals and back-room organization. A CDL and reliable, customer-focused approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• 1–3 years of general work experience is preferred.
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Prior grocery store or consumer products experience is a plus.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow volume in assigned accounts through product sales, distribution, display and promotions.
• Sale and delivery of products to accounts on a daily basis.
• Ensure accounts are merchandised and stocked per standards.
• Transport, replace and maintain POS advertising as needed.
• Accurately invoice and collect monies due.
• Foster relationships with account personnel and provide customer service.
