Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Route Sales Driver to sell and distribute products on designated routes, building strong customer relationships and ensuring product availability on shelves and displays.

You will be responsible for daily delivery, merchandising, and keeping accounts compliant with company standards while maintaining a safe work environment and accurate cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to obtain a Class A CDL within 90 days of starting in position.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment, maintaining accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Grow volume in assigned accounts through product sales, distribution, display and promotional activity.
• Sale and delivery of products to assigned accounts on a daily basis.
• Ensure that all accounts are merchandised/stocked according to CCBCHC standards.
• Transport, replace and maintain Point of Sale advertising as appropriate for accounts.
• Ensure proper accounting of product, cash and assets daily.
• Accurately and efficiently invoice and collect monies due.
• Foster relationships with account personnel and provide superior customer service.
• Maintain neat appearance of all CCBCHC equipment and product in accounts.
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to policies.
