Job summary

Waste Pro is seeking energetic CDL drivers to join our team in Mississippi. Roll-off drivers are responsible for delivery and emptying of large containers for Waste Pro's commercial customers, following safety and DOT procedures.

Qualifications include a valid CDL, clean driving record, and ability to communicate clearly with customers and dispatch. We offer a stable, fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and a driver award program.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A or B CDL for the state of work.
• Minimum age 21 with a clean driving record.
• Understand DOT requirements for commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Secure containers and attach hooks to containers, lift and secure loads.
• Provide courteous and expeditious customer service in all aspects of refuse operation.
• Answer questions for customers and direct them to Customer Service or Sales for more info.
• Operate compaction and lift equipment on the vehicle.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections per Waste Pro procedures and DOT guidelines.
• Maintain a clean truck and perform routine under-hood checks and tire inspections.
