Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. in Florida is seeking energetic CDL drivers to join our roll-off fleet. The role delivers and empties large containers for commercial customers and requires a professional, safety-minded approach.

Candidates must have a valid CDL (Class A or B), a clean driving record, be at least 21, and able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers. We offer a driver award program and opportunities to grow within a nationwide service provider.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state in which the position works.
• Requires a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Understand refuse collection policies and DOT/state requirements for operators of commercial motor vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Secure containers by attaching hook and securing with straps and tarps.
• Operate compaction and lift equipment on the vehicle.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections and DVIR per safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean truck and perform daily vehicle checks under hood and tires.
• Assist customers and coordinate with dispatch as needed.
