Waste Pro has immediate openings for energetic CDL Drivers in Kenner, Louisiana. Roll-Off drivers are responsible for delivery and emptying of large containers for Waste Pro's commercial customers. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and dependable service.

The position requires a Class A or B CDL, a clean driving record, and the ability to communicate in English. A driver award program of $10,000 is offered for qualifying criteria, with additional training as needed.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B valid for the state of operation.
• Clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Understand refuse collection policies and DOT requirements.
• Hearing and vision in the normal range.
• Read and understand oral/written instructions.
• Able to speak and read English well enough to communicate with customers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Secure containers and operate lift equipment.
• Provide courteous, expeditious customer service to the public and customers.
• Answer questions and direct to Customer Service or Sales for more information.
• Operate compaction and lift equipment on the vehicle.
• Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections and DVIR as per safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean truck and perform basic maintenance checks.
