Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking energetic CDL drivers in Mississippi to operate Roll-Off trucks for commercial customers. This role includes securing containers, providing courteous service, and maintaining vehicles according to DOT guidelines.

A $10,000 driver award program is available, and advancement opportunities exist within a safety-focused team. Applicants must hold a valid Class A or B CDL, be at least 21, and have a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or B CDL for the state of work; clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old or older.
• Understand refuse collection policies and DOT/state requirements for CMVs.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions; communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Secure containers by attaching hook and using levers to lift containers onto truck bed.
• Provide courteous, expeditious customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
• Answer customer questions and direct to Customer Service or Sales for more info.
• Operate compaction and lift equipment on the vehicle.
• Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections and complete DVIR per safety guidelines.
• Maintain and clean truck; inspect under hood and tires; check fluids.
