Job summary

Waste Pro has immediate openings for energetic CDL drivers. Roll-off drivers deliver and empty large containers for commercial customers, with opportunities to earn a $10,000 driver award achieved every 3 years when criteria are met.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and strong customer service in a fast-paced waste-management environment. Ideal candidates are energetic, team-oriented and capable of handling physical duties, following DOT guidelines and Waste Pro procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A or B CDL for the state of work.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Understand DOT requirements for operators of commercial motor vehicles.
• Speak and read English well enough to communicate with customers and supervisors.
• Maintain written records of service activities.

Responsibilities

• Secure containers by attaching hook and using control levers to load on truck bed.
• Provide courteous, expeditious customer service to the public and customers.
• Answer customer questions and direct to Customer Service or Sales as needed.
• Operate compaction and lift equipment on the vehicle.
• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections and document safety checks.
• Keep truck clean and conduct regular under-hood and tire inspections.
