Job summary

Waste Pro USA Inc. is seeking experienced CDL Drivers in Mississippi with an immediate opening and a $2,500 sign-on retention bonus paid over the first year. A separate $10,000 driver award is available every three years upon meeting criteria.

Roll-off drivers handle large container delivery and emptying for commercial clients, with routine inspections and safety checks. Job duties include securing containers, operating lift equipment, maintaining clean trucks, and delivering courteous service

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A or B CDL for the state of employment.
• At least 21 years old.
• Understanding of DOT regulations for CMV operators.
• Ability to read and write English clearly for paperwork.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Secure containers by attaching hook and using levers to lift containers on the truck bed.
• Provide courteous, expeditious service to customers and meet municipal goals.
• Answer customer questions and direct to Customer Service or Sales.
• Operate compaction and lift equipment on the vehicle.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections per DOT guidelines.
• Maintain clean trucks and perform routine wash and checks.
