Job summary

Rumpke Waste and Recycling in Ohio seeks a Roll Off Driver to service customers by hauling roll-off containers to disposal sites and ensuring safe, compliant operation on an assigned route. You will engage with customers and dispatch to coordinate pickups and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class B CDL.
• Valid DOT Medical Card required.
• Must be at least 19 years old and legally eligible to work.
• 1–2 years of CDL truck driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck safely to deliver and remove roll-off containers on an assigned route or work order.
• Maintain and update route sheets.
• Conduct daily pre-trip/post-trip inspections and complete logs.
• Inspect roll-off containers and ensure load securement to prevent spills.
• Clean up around the compactor and keep the cab clean.
• Interact professionally with customers and coordinate with dispatch on orders.
