Job summary

Rumpke Waste and Recycling is seeking a Roll Off Driver to service customers with haulage of waste and debris, deliver and remove roll-off containers, and maintain safety and cleanliness on the job. The role requires CDL-B and strong driving ability, with flexibility to work nights/weekends as needed.

You will operate on a route, interact with customers, and support dispatch on additional orders. The position emphasizes safety, professionalism, and reliable customer service in a team

Qualifications

Ability to read and understand a map or navigation system.
Excellent truck driving/maneuvering skills.
Ability to drive manual transmission is preferred.
General knowledge of truck mechanics.
Good written and verbal communication with customers and dispatch.
Must read/speak English well enough for directions and safety training.

Responsibilities

Operate truck safely to deliver and remove roll-off containers on assigned routes.
Maintain route sheets and perform pre/post-trip inspections (DVIR).
Visually inspect containers and ensure load securement to prevent loss of material.
Interact professionally with customers and dispatch to fulfill work orders.
Perform other duties as assigned.
