Job summary

Rumpke Waste & Recycling is seeking a Roll Off Driver to service customers by hauling waste and recycling materials to disposal sites or recycling plants. You will deliver, remove, and haul roll-off containers to/from customer sites in the Columbus area.

The role requires a valid Class B CDL, the ability to work nights and weekends as needed, and strong safety and customer-service focus. Comprehensive benefits accompany this essential frontline position.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class B CDL.
• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Able to read and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck safely and in compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Routinely enter/exit truck multiple times daily; hook/unhook containers and secure loads.
• Communicate with dispatch to coordinate work orders and maintain quality customer service.
• Maintain route and driver logs; perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
