Job summary

Waste Pro is seeking energetic CDL drivers to deliver and unload waste containers for commercial customers. A Class A or B CDL and a clean driving record are required, with DOT knowledge and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state in which the position works; must maintain a clean driving record and comply with DOT requirements.
• Ability to communicate in English with customers, co-workers, dispatch and supervisors.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Secure containers by attaching hook and operating controls to lift and strap containers.
• Provide courteous, expeditious customer service and support company and municipal goals.
• Operate compaction and lift equipment on vehicle; perform daily pre/post-trip inspections per DOT and company procedures.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and perform routine checks under hood and tires; fuel and service as needed.
• Attend training courses and stay updated on technology used by Waste Pro.
