Job summary

Waste Pro is hiring Roll Off Drivers to deliver and service containers for commercial clients. The role requires operating lift equipment, securing containers, and maintaining a clean, safe truck while providing excellent customer service.

Candidates must hold a CDL (Class A or B), maintain a clean driving record, and meet DOT guidelines. The job includes daily inspections, written records, and communication with dispatch and customers.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state in which the position works.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Understand refuse collection policies, procedures, guidelines and practices; understanding of DOT requirements.
• Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction; See in the normal visual range with or without correction.
• Understand and carry out oral and written instructions; Maintain written records and service responses.
• Must be able to speak and read English well enough to communicate with customers, co-workers, dispatch and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and empty large containers for Waste Pro's commercial customers.
• Secure containers by attaching hook to container; operate lift equipment and secure tarps.
• Provide courteous customer service and address questions or direct to Customer Service or Sales.
• Perform Daily Pre and Post Trip inspections as per DOT guidelines and Waste Pro safety lanes.
• Keep truck clean; conduct basic inspections and refuel as needed.
