Job summary

Waste Pro has immediate openings for energetic CDL drivers who will deliver and empty large containers for commercial customers. The role emphasizes safe operation, daily vehicle inspections, and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications include a valid Class A or B CDL, clean driving record, and ability to communicate in English. All candidates should be able to pass DOT guidelines and participate in ongoing training as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A or Class B CDL for the state of employment.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Understand refuse collection policies and DOT requirements for CMVs.
• Ability to read/write English at an operational level.

Responsibilities

• Secure containers by attaching hook to container; operate lift equipment.
• Provide courteous, expeditious customer service and represent Waste Pro professionally.
• Answer customer questions or direct to Customer Service or Sales for more information.
• Operate compaction and lift equipment on the vehicle.
• Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections and safety checks per company guidelines.
• Maintain clean, functional truck and perform routine checks on the vehicle.
