Job summary

Capital Waste Services is seeking a safety-focused Roll-Off Driver to operate roll-off trucks and transport containers and waste materials between customer locations, transfer stations, recycling facilities, and landfills.

The role requires strong driving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate construction sites and industrial facilities safely while maintaining excellent customer service and compliance with all DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL license.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and DOT physical.
• Minimum age of 21 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate Roll-Off truck safely following DOT regulations and company policies.
• Deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off containers at customer locations.
• Transport waste and recyclables to disposal or recycling facilities.
• Complete routes and service requests on schedule.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle appearance.
