Qualifications

CDL Class A or B required.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Minimum one year of commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate.
Must be able to meet safety-sensitive functions per company standards.
Ability to read, write and comprehend documents and maps.

Responsibilities

Drive a rear-load, split body, curotto, or automated-side load truck on designated routes to collect waste and recyclables.
Assist helpers as needed with loading and unloading.
Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections and submit vehicle condition reports.
Maintain DOT logs and route/productivity sheets in accordance with law and policy.
Interact courteously with customers and the public while on route; report issues to supervision.
