Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL license with at least 2 years driving experience.
• 5 years of instructional experience in the field.
• 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of faculty development requirements and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the CDL program and curriculum development.
• Hire, orient, develop, and evaluate Driver Trainers.
• Advise and counsel students; monitor attendance and progress.
• Lead faculty meetings and provide curricular feedback.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and accreditation standards.
