Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
CDL Class A license with at least 2 years driving experience.
5 years of industry experience in the field of instruction.
2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
Knowledge of faculty development, curriculum standards, and accreditation requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership for the CDL program and act as subject matter expert on curriculum development.
Hire, orient, develop, and evaluate Driver Trainers within the program areas.
Monitor student progress and provide advising and career guidance.
Lead regular faculty meetings and coordinate curriculum implementation with Home Office.
Oversee scheduling, resources, and program budget needs; ensure compliance with regulations.
