Job summary

Waste Pro is seeking a Grapple Driver to operate refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes, including separation of trash and recyclables. You will supervise helpers, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and ensure timely, safe service to customers.

Eligible candidates must hold a Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record, be at least 21, and communicate effectively in English. Daily duties include vehicle upkeep and regulatory compliance, with potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires Class A or B CDL with clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of CDL driving experience within the past 7 years.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to read/communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates refuse collection vehicles on pre-assigned routes.
• Oversees helpers on the route and ensures safe vehicle operations.
• Performs daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and DVIRs.
• Maintains clean truck and conducts routine maintenance checks.
• Records reports and documents as required by company and regulations.
• Complies with DOT and state motor vehicle requirements.
