Mid-Continent Concrete, a CRH company serving Arkansas, is hiring a Ready-Mix Driver. You will ensure safe, timely delivery of ready-mix concrete to diverse projects, operating modern equipment and working independently with team backing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years' experience driving trucks of similar size.
• Valid CDL A or B license; active, clean record.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate ready-mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections by DOT standards.
• Load and unload equipment and materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws.
• Perform minor truck maintenance and keep vehicle clean and orderly.
• Support team and supervisors with additional duties as required.
• Deliver quality service and represent our company with professionalism.
