Job summary

CRH is seeking a Ready-Mix Driver to safely deliver concrete to a variety of jobsites in a timely manner. You will operate modern mixer trucks, perform DOT-based inspections, and work largely independently with team support when needed.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of trucking experience, and a valid CDL A or B. Expect 6 days a week, possible nights/weekends, and a base pay starting at $22.75/hour with a sign-on bonus and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years' experience driving trucks of similar size and equipment preferred.
• Valid CDL A or B license; must maintain an active, clear record.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate ready mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections by DOT standards.
• Load and unload equipment and materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws.
• Perform minor truck maintenance and keep your vehicle clean and orderly.
• Support your team and supervisors with additional duties as required.
• Deliver quality service and represent our company with professionalism and courtesy.
