Mid-Continent Concrete, a CRH company, is seeking a Ready-Mix Driver for Van Buren, AR. You will deliver ready-mix concrete to various projects, operating modern mixer trucks and maintaining logs, with a focus on safety and reliability.

This role requires a CDL, a clean driving record, and willingness to work up to six days with overtime. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered, along with competitive pay starting at $22.75/hr and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years experience driving trucks of similar size and equipment.
• Valid CDL A or B license; active clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate ready-mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations.
• Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections by DOT standards.
• Load and unload equipment and materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws.
• Perform minor truck maintenance and keep your vehicle clean and orderly.
• Support your team and supervisors with additional duties as required.
• Deliver quality service and represent our company with professionalism and courtesy.
