Ancora Education is seeking a CDL Program Director to lead the CDL program, drive curriculum development, and support student success. You will hire, orient, develop, and evaluate Driver Trainers, convene regular faculty meetings, and monitor student outcomes across study programs.

The role emphasizes advising, program improvement, and collaboration with account management and student services to advance student progress and career readiness.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Class A CDL license with at least 2 years driving experience.
• 5 years of industry experience in instruction.
• 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of faculty development, delivery methods, and reporting.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to guide, mentor, and supervise instructors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop staff, ensure program quality and compliance.
• Oversee curriculum development, revision, and implementation.
• Coordinate scheduling, faculty assignments, and training.
• Engage with students, advisors, and account management as needed.
• Contribute to program budgeting and performance data analysis.
• Conduct regular faculty meetings and performance evaluations.
• Provide product knowledge training to internal teams.
