Job summary

Ancora Education is seeking a CDL Program Director to lead the CDL program, guide curriculum development, and oversee Driver Trainers. You will develop faculty, ensure program quality, and support student advising and retention efforts.

You will collaborate with campus leadership to implement curriculum changes, monitor performance, and maintain accreditation readiness while actively participating in student services and recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• CDL Class A license with at least 3 years driving experience.
• 5 years of industry experience in the field of instruction.
• 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of federal FMCSA and state standards.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops Driver Trainers and evaluates performance.
• Oversees curriculum, instructional materials, and facilities.
• Coordinates faculty recruitment, onboarding, and development.
• Maintains records, conducts regular meetings, and ensures program quality.
• Supports student advising and retention efforts.
