Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class A license with at least 3 years driving experience.
• 5 years of industry experience in the field of instruction.
• 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of faculty development, reporting, and curriculum standards.
• Familiarity with federal FMCSA and state standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provides leadership for the CDL program and curriculum development.
• Oversees faculty recruitment, orientation, and performance.
• Advises students and supports retention and success.
• Maintains regular office hours and coordinates with staff and faculty.
• Participates in program budgeting and data-driven improvement.
