Job summary

Ancora Education in Texas is seeking a CDL Program Director to provide leadership for the CDL program, oversee curriculum, train Driver Trainers, and advise students through enrollment and progression. You will hire and evaluate faculty, collaborate with Account Management for student recruitment, and monitor program performance to ensure regulatory compliance.

A CDL Class A and instructional experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class A license with at least 2 years driving experience.
• 5 years of industry instruction experience.
• 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
• Knowledge of/FMCSA and state standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead driver trainer recruitment and onboarding.
• Oversee curriculum and instructional materials.
• Monitor faculty performance and development.
• Coordinate master schedule and course sequencing.
• Support student advising and retention initiatives.
