Job summary

Reporting to Area Manager/Regional Program Director, you will ensure student success, coordinate advising, and participate in orientation for new students.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Industry certification in instruction or equivalent knowledge.
• 3 years of post-secondary instruction experience.
• 5 years of industry experience in instruction.
• 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to qualify as a CDL Driver/Driver Trainer.
• Knowledge of faculty development, reporting and supervision.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the CDL program and curriculum development.
• Hire, orient, develop, and evaluate Driver Trainers.
• Lead and participate in faculty meetings and program planning.
• Oversee student advising and support services for at-risk students.
• Monitor student progress, attendance, and outcomes; maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist Area Manager in budgeting and resource planning.
• Support ongoing faculty development and performance improvement.
