Qualifications

• CDL Class A with at least 2 years driving experience.
• 5 years of industry experience in instruction.
• 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
• Strong familiarity with curriculum development and program assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the CDL program and recruit/train Driver Trainers.
• Oversee curriculum development, scheduling, and program quality.
• Mentor faculty, conduct performance reviews, and supervise trainers.
• Support student advising and retention initiatives.
