Job summary

Ancora Education is seeking a CDL Program Director to lead the CDL program, oversee curriculum development, and train Driver Trainers. Reporting to the Director of Quality Assurance/Regional Program Director, you will hire, orient, develop, and evaluate staff, and engage with students and faculty to ensure program success.

You will analyze student data, support advising, monitor progress, and participate in program improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• CDL license required.
• 3 years of academic instruction in a post-secondary environment.
• 5 years of industry experience in instruction.
• 2 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Ability to qualify as a CDL Driver/Driver Trainer.
• Strong instructional and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal FMCSA and state standards.
• Experience with CampusVue or similar database.

Responsibilities

• Provide services to students, including advising and tutoring as needed.
• Oversee curriculum, instructional materials, equipment, and facilities.
• Lead faculty development and supervise Driver Trainers.
• Monitor cohort performance and provide weekly recaps.
