Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the CDL Program and oversee curriculum development, revision, and implementation.
• Train Account management staff on CDL program products and materials from the centralized curriculum process.
• Hire, orient, develop, evaluate, and recognize Driver Trainers within the program(s).
• Hold regular meetings with faculty and monitor student populations to ensure progress and support needs.
• Advise students through provisional periods, address concerns, and assist with career-oriented questions.
• Analyze student data with faculty to identify barriers to success and provide services to support persistence and completion.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through the campus effectiveness plan and data collection for program performance.
