Responsabilidades

• Provides services to students including academic advising and tutoring referrals; leads student retention initiatives; maintains regular contact with students and monitors progress; analyzes student data to identify at-risk students and barriers to success.
• Oversees curriculum quality, works with Home Office Executive team on curriculum development and implementation; assists with master schedule and course sequencing.
• Oversees faculty performance and development; participates in recruitment, onboarding, supervision, and performance evaluations; conducts regular faculty meetings and coaching.
• Leads and develops others by defining roles for driver trainers, monitoring performance, and fostering teamwork; plans budgetary needs and coordinates resources.
