SRM Concrete, a national leader in ready mix concrete, is hiring Mixer Operators to join our growing team. Whether you have a Class A or Class B CDL, you’re safety-focused and service-oriented, and you want to be home daily delivering quality concrete to job sites.

You’ll be the face of SRM on site, ensuring deliveries are on time and handled with professionalism, while following DOT and company safety protocols. We value teamwork and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL with DOT Medical Card.
• Safety-conscious with a proven clean driving record.
• Strong customer-service mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records.
• Coordinate with dispatch for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
