Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking skilled Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites with a Class A or B CDL. You will be the face of SRM at sites, ensuring on-time deliveries and professional service.

This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and strong customer service. You will stay home daily, with overtime eligibility and a path for growth as SRM expands nationwide.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to transport and deliver ready mix concrete to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site representing SRM Concrete.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks for safety.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself and others.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
